WITH INDIVIDUALS
I work with adults of any gender, over the age of 18, in-person from St Albans (AL1), Shenley/Radlett (WD6) or online anywhere in the world. Charges for 50 minute sessions are £70 for in-person or online. I offer longer sessions of 90 minutes at £90.
I work with a range of presenting issues, below are the most common. If something isn't listed below, please get in touch and I'll let you know if I can help you or will endeavour to refer you on.
ANXIETY, OVERWHELM & FEELING STUCK
You may find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, or struggling to switch off. At times, it can feel like you’re managing on the surface while something underneath doesn’t quite settle. Together, we can explore what’s driving this and help you find a greater sense of clarity and steadiness.
NAVIGATING RELATIONSHIPS
You might be finding relationships difficult—whether that’s with a partner, family, or at work. Perhaps the same patterns keep repeating, or communication feels challenging. Therapy can help you understand how you relate to others and support you in finding new ways of navigating connection and conflict.
IDENTITY, CULTURE & SENSE OF SELF
You may be questioning who you are, what you want, or how different parts of your identity fit together. This can be especially complex when navigating cultural expectations, family roles, or competing pressures. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences and develop a stronger, more grounded sense of yourself.
WORK, PRESSURE & LIFE DIRECTION
Work can bring a lot of pressure—whether that’s stress, burnout, difficult dynamics, or uncertainty about your path. You might feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure what the next step should be. Therapy
DEPRESSION & LOW MOOD
Low mood can feel like a heaviness that’s difficult to explain or shift. You might feel unmotivated, disconnected, or no longer interested in things that once mattered to you. In therapy, we can explore what’s underlying these feelings and begin to reconnect you with a sense of meaning and engagement.
LIFE TRANSITIONS
At times, life can feel heavy, uncertain, or lacking in direction. You may be going through a period of change, feeling low, or experiencing a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. Therapy provides a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to reconnect with what feels meaningful.
TRAUMA & PAST EXPERIENCES
Sometimes past experiences continue to affect how you feel and respond in the present, even if they are not always fully understood. You might notice strong emotional reactions, difficulty trusting others, or patterns that feel hard to change. Therapy provides a space to explore these experiences safely and at your own pace.
FINANCIAL WELLBEING
Financial concerns can affect more than just practical day-to-day life—they can also shape how you feel about security, self-worth, and your future. You might experience stress, anxiety, or pressure around money, work, or expectations, even if things appear stable on the surface. Therapy can offer a space to explore your relationship with money, the meanings attached to it, and how it connects to wider areas of your life.
