I offer a range of therapeutic services for organisations, including reflective practice, staff counselling, workshops, and group facilitation. These spaces are designed to support individuals and teams in making sense of their experiences, particularly in roles that carry pressure, responsibility, or emotional demand. The focus is not only on wellbeing, but on creating space for reflection, awareness, and more thoughtful ways of working. Whether through ongoing reflective groups or one-off sessions, the work is collaborative, grounded, and responsive to the specific needs of your organisation.

REFLECTIVE PRACTICE

Reflective practice provides a structured space for staff to step back from their day-to-day roles and think more deeply about their work. These sessions support individuals and teams in processing experiences, exploring challenges, and developing greater awareness of how they respond in their roles. Over time, this can lead to more thoughtful, sustainable ways of working.

STAFF COUNSELLING

I offer confidential, one-to-one counselling for staff who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or personal or work-related difficulties. This provides a dedicated space for individuals to explore what’s going on for them and receive support outside of their immediate work environment.

THERAPEUTIC WORKSHOPS

Workshops offer a focused space to explore specific themes such as stress, burnout, communication, or emotional wellbeing. These sessions combine reflection with practical insight, helping participants to better understand their experiences and consider how they want to respond to challenges in their work and wider lives.

GROUP FACILITATION

Group facilitation supports teams in having more open, constructive conversations. This may include navigating challenges, improving communication, or creating space for shared reflection. The aim is to support groups in working more effectively together, while also recognising the individual experiences within the team.
